This website is operated by The Requirements Club ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. PRODUCTS
All of our products are printed to order by our production partners. We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process. Minor variations in print placement and color are normal and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.

4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, contact, and shipping information.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and its supported payment methods. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. SHIPPING
Because items are printed to order, please allow time for production before shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are the property of The Requirements Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce its design.

9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose; to infringe on our or anyone else's intellectual property; to submit false or misleading information; to transmit viruses or malicious code; or to scrape, spam, or interfere with the site's security or operation.
